Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the hotel was an amazing experience overall. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, even though they were a little smaller than expected. I wish there was a desk chair for the desk. The ship cabin vibe, especially the circular portal window, was unique and added to the charm.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was perfect for my solo trip, clean and cozy, offering more space than the typical NYC rooms. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who even surprised me with small treats. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the vibrant Chelsea Market and close to Chelsea Market, High Line, and great restaurants. However, the neighborhood could use some soundproofing as it's a bit noisy, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience! The rooms were cozy but had a ship cabin feel with the circular portal window, making it a bit dark at times. The service was exceptional, and the staff went beyond being helpful, despite not being a typical family hotel. The location was superb, putting you right in the heart of the action in Chelsea. The dining experience, although in the lobby, was a brilliant extra bonus to start the day. However, it would have been even better if real plates were used during breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although feeling a bit old, were cozy and suited my needs as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and accommodating, even resolving a room issue promptly. The location was perfect, right across from Chelsea Market, making it easy to access cool shopping and dining spots. The dining options, while plentiful, were of lower quality than expected. The facilities met my expectations, with a lovely lobby and a homely atmosphere overall.
The hotel is situated in a terrific area of the city, making it a great Manhattan neighborhood. The rooms, although a bit small, were pristine and well-designed, meeting my top priority of cleanliness. The service was very relaxed and friendly, striking a perfect balance of professionalism. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to notable attractions like the Meat Packing District and High Line. The dining experience, while good, was a bit on the simple side. Overall, a great choice for a stay in a bustling city.
The hotel is ideally located, just across the street from Chelsea Market and a block away from the Highline. The rooms, although appearing a bit old, felt like mini apartments, offering a peaceful and private retreat. The service was attentive, with staff going out of their way to make my stay special. However, the dining options could use some upgrading for the price.
The hotel's location is superb, right across from Chelsea Market and walking distance to the High Line. The rooms, while neat and tidy, were quite small for accommodating two people with large luggage. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff. The dining experience, although offering complimentary drinks and food in the evening in a beautiful atrium, could use some upgrading at the price point. The location benefits from proximity to the subway, Chelsea Market, and various dining options.
